#Dasuki Gate/EFCC arraigned Olugbenga Obadina alongside his company

The EFCC on Friday, July 15, 2016 arraigned one Olugbenga Obadina alongside his company, Almond Projects Limited, before Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja on an eight-count charge bordering on criminal breach of trust, corruption & money laundering to the tune of N2.4billion. After arguments by both the defence and prosecution counsels, Federal High Court Judge, Justice Dimgba, adjourned the case to July 18 for ruling on the bail application and ordered that the accused person to be remanded in Kuje prison custody.
